2. Is Pet Pro of Holly Springs insured?

Yes. We are 100% fully insured for the protection of your beloved pet, your property and ourselves.

3. How does the poop cleaning work when on property?

We need access to the yard,
We ask that any aggressive pets be secured inside the house while we work.
We walk the yard in a grid pattern (usually takes about 20 minutes),
We use a newly cleaned scooper to retrieve the poop and place in a bag.
We then dispose of the poop bags inside your trash can or we can haul off for a small fee.
If any additional services have been requested, we perform those at this time.
We secure the yard/gate and exit the property.
We then send confirmation of the service to the owner (text or email)

4. How does the pet sitting service work?

Once the service is agreed to, we will come perform an introductory visit to meet the pet(s), owner(s), review the house and obtain any keys/codes. At this time, we will note any special needs or requests and agree to specific services to be rendered.
On each pet sitting visit, we will perform each agreed to task (walking, feeding, watering, playing medications, etc…).
Each visit is scheduled for 30 minutes unless added services are requested (mail, package delivery, security reviews, plant watering etc…).
At the end of each visit, the home and pet(s) are secured and we exit the property.
A brief report will be sent daily on the status of the visits (text or email). Pictures can also be sent.

5. How does payment work?

There are no contracts for the pooper scooper service and payment can be arranged weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
For pet sitting services, there is a $35 initial introductory visit fee due at time of visit. The remainder of the balance is due within 48 hours of the service agreement has completed.
Inclement weather policy. We will come out as soon as possible once the weather has cleared. If we miss a week, you will still be charged for that week since we will still have the poop to clean up from the missed week.
Cash is preferred. But checks are accepted as well as Venmo, Paypal, etc... - no credit/debit cards at this time in order to keep rates as low as possible.
